Trump And Kamala’s 2024 Strategy Revealed

In the lead-up to the November presidential election, the Trump campaign is pushing back against claims from the Harris camp about having a superior ground-game strategy in key battleground states. Campaign officials from the Trump side argue that the Harris team is attempting to distract voters from the pressing issues at hand.

According to reports, the Harris campaign has been making headlines for their expanded staffing and ambitious plans in seven pivotal swing states that could determine the outcome of the election. Despite these claims, Trump campaign officials remain focused and undeterred.

Victoria LaCivita, a spokesperson for Trump’s Michigan campaign, emphasized that their strategy is not centered on the number of volunteers. “Our focus is on practical solutions,” she stated. “We are addressing the issues that matter to voters, such as tackling inflation, which is driving up grocery prices, and managing the crisis at the southern border. The Harris team, on the other hand, is avoiding these critical issues because they are the architects of the current problems.”

To bolster their efforts, the Trump campaign has partnered with Turning Point Action, an organization dedicated to hosting rallies, registering voters, and enhancing GOP engagement in mail-in voting. Turning Point Action is also employing a strategy known as “ballot chasing,” which involves reaching out to voters who have already received their mail-in ballots to ensure they are completed and returned. The organization aims to leverage a substantial number of door knockers to increase ballot returns.

Contrary to Harris campaign assertions of a dominant ground game, Trump officials dismiss these claims. “The notion that the Harris campaign has a significant advantage on the ground is entirely unfounded,” said Karoline Leavitt, a Trump campaign spokesperson.

Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, are embarking on a tour of the swing states. The Harris team plans to visit the seven most competitive states — Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada — in the coming days. They claim to have established a substantial number of offices and recruited an impressive 360,000 new volunteers for voter outreach.

Despite these assertions, Trump officials argue that their campaign has established a solid presence, with 20 offices in Michigan, 40 in Wisconsin, and 20 in Pennsylvania. Notably, while Harris has been gaining traction in Georgia, where she is operating 24 campaign offices, Trump narrowly lost the state in 2020 by fewer than 12,000 votes after winning it in 2016.
