Biden’s Decline Worsens

Biden is losing his mind.

On Friday, President Biden made an error during a civil rights event at the Oval Office. While speaking, he mistakenly stated that he had served as vice president for 12 years. Following this slip, he voiced concerns about the possibility of deadly racial riots reoccurring in America.

At 81 years old, Biden made these comments while signing an executive order to recognize a site in Springfield, Illinois, as a national monument. This site commemorates a tragic episode from August 1908, when a white mob violently clashed with African American residents near the former home of Abraham Lincoln.

Reflecting on the monument’s significance, Biden remarked, “I never thought that, after my many years in the Senate and my time as vice president for 8 years, as well as serving as president for 4 years, I would face a situation where defending our historical legacy would be necessary.” His statement was a response to recent actions by Republican-led states to restrict the teaching of Critical Race Theory, which examines history through the perspective of race.

Biden stressed the importance of historical awareness, asserting, “It’s vital that anyone visiting this site understands its significance. If we fail to protect our democracy and confront the challenges we face, we risk repeating the errors of the past.”

The Springfield riot, which claimed the lives of at least 17 individuals, involved both members of the mob and African American residents.

Recent internal party discussions have raised doubts about Biden’s fitness for a second term. His campaign has faced criticism from fellow Democrats concerned about his mental acuity, highlighted by a series of public gaffes. Prominent Republicans, including House Speaker Mike Johnson of Louisiana and Senator JD Vance of Ohio, have called for Biden to resign before his term ends, citing concerns over his cognitive health.
