Democrats Hiding Kamala’s Real Plans
Rep. Jeff Van Drew, R-N.J., has voiced significant concerns about Vice President Kamala Harris’ actual policy agenda, suggesting it is far more radical than the image the Democratic Party is presenting to the public. According to Van Drew, the mainstream media is complicit in this deception, providing favorable coverage that masks Harris’ true political stance.
On a recent appearance on Newsmax’s “Saturday Report,” Van Drew criticized the media for failing to scrutinize Harris effectively. He accused Democrats of crafting a strategic facade, portraying Harris and her running mate, Tim Walz, as relatable and moderate, while hiding their more extreme policies. This portrayal, Van Drew argues, is part of a deliberate attempt to mislead middle America and garner votes under false pretenses.
Van Drew highlighted the superficial nature of recent media coverage, which he believes focuses on inconsequential topics like personal preferences rather than substantive policy debates. He argued that this approach is designed to create a deceptive image of Harris and Walz as ordinary, down-to-earth individuals, which contrasts sharply with their actual policy positions.
The congressman warned that if Harris were to become President, her administration would usher in a radically left-wing, socialist government. He expressed concern that Harris’ public image is carefully managed through scripted speeches and controlled media appearances, suggesting she would struggle in more unscripted settings such as debates.
Van Drew also criticized Harris’ policy positions, including proposals he believes would be detrimental to the country, such as amnesty for illegal immigrants, expanding the nuclear agreement with Iran, and reducing domestic energy production. He painted Harris as a symbol of economic woes, linking her to rising inflation, high interest rates, and poor urban policies.
The congressman urged Republicans to focus on educating voters about the real implications of Harris’ policies rather than engaging in personal attacks. He emphasized the importance of presenting clear, factual information about her policy positions to counter the misleading narratives propagated by the Democrats. Van Drew warned that if voters think the current administration is problematic, they are in for an even more radical shift with Harris at the helm.
