On the following morning, Christie continued his critique on ABC’s The View, highlighting Trump’s lack of preparation and what he perceived as an unproductive, angry demeanor. “Trump’s performance was inconsistent and reactive. He seemed calm initially, but once provoked, he failed to stay on message,” Christie noted. He attributed part of Trump’s struggle to a “limited attention span” and a lack of thorough preparation, suggesting these factors contributed to his underwhelming performance.
