Melania Trump Attacked By Liberal Media

There is so much hate in these twisted peoples’ hearts.

On Thursday, Joy Behar, co-host of “The View,” expressed skepticism about Melania Trump’s recent pro-choice statements in connection with her new memoir. Behar accused Melania of being used as a pawn by the Republican Party to present a more palatable face on the controversial issue of abortion, claiming, “It feels like a scam. They’re trying to align her with the majority of Americans who support abortion rights.”

In a video shared on X, Melania Trump described abortion as a “fundamental principle,” emphasizing individual freedom and women’s rights. “What does ‘my body, my choice’ really mean?” she questioned, framing her stance as a strong belief in safeguarding essential rights for women.

However, Behar dismissed this sentiment, calling it “disingenuous” and suggesting that Melania’s statements could be an attempt to undermine her husband, former President Trump, especially with the election approaching. Co-host Sunny Hostin echoed this sentiment, insinuating that Melania’s comments might be part of a strategy to distance herself from Trump’s political ambitions.

In recent months, Trump and his running mate, Senator JD Vance, have adjusted their rhetoric on abortion, aware of the potential backlash from voters since the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. Trump recently stated that he would veto any national abortion ban, while still expressing pride in the move to end federal protections for abortion rights.

In her memoir, Melania reiterated her belief in a woman’s autonomy over her own body, suggesting that denying the right to choose equates to denying control over one’s life. Trump, in an interview, asserted that he supports Melania’s right to express her views freely.

As the election draws nearer, it’s clear that the topic of abortion remains a contentious issue within the Republican Party, with leaders needing to navigate these waters carefully to appeal to a diverse electorate.
