Biden-Kamala Abuse Power At Border?

Can you believe that they are actually doing this?

The Mexican government has recently initiated a controversial program to bus migrants to the U.S. border under a scheme linked to the CBP One app, which was expanded during the Biden administration. This app allows migrants to schedule appointments for entry into the U.S. if they fulfill specific criteria.

The Mexican National Institute of Migration has shared footage of the first bus transporting migrants from Tapachula, a city near the Guatemalan border, to Reynosa, which is close to the U.S. border. This transportation initiative is part of Mexico’s newly established “Emerging Safe Mobility Corridor.” Migrants with confirmed appointments through the CBP One app are given a temporary 20-day visa, along with travel and food provisions during their journey.

The CBP One app, which has been expanded to accommodate up to 1,450 migrants daily, allows individuals to schedule entry appointments and upload required documents ahead of time. The Biden administration promotes the app as a cornerstone of its immigration policy, aiming to balance increased border security funding with expanded legal migration options. This policy has also facilitated direct flights for up to 30,000 migrants from selected countries to the U.S.

Critics, particularly from the Republican side, argue that this system is being misapplied. They contend that the administration is effectively bypassing traditional legal processes by permitting over 95% of those with appointments to enter the U.S. They claim this constitutes a misuse of the humanitarian parole system, which is designed for urgent cases rather than mass entries.

Additionally, the CBP One app has faced scrutiny following a recent DHS Inspector General report, which identified problems with vetting and the app’s overall efficacy. The report criticized the lack of trend analysis to detect potential security threats.

As the immigration issue gains prominence in the upcoming elections, Republicans, including former President Trump, have criticized the Biden administration for abandoning successful policies from the Trump era. Trump has vowed to eliminate the current parole policies and launch a substantial deportation effort if elected. Meanwhile, the Biden administration continues to seek increased funding and legislative support to address the border situation.
