JD Vance Slams Kamala
Vice President Kamala Harris recently criticized Senator J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, accusing him of being more loyal to former President Donald Trump than to the United States. This led to a strong response from Vance during his rally in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where he defended his record and questioned Harris’s own commitment to the country.
In his impassioned speech, Vance asked Harris directly, “What have you done to question my loyalty to this country?” He emphasized his dedication by recounting his service in the United States Marine Corps, his deployment to Iraq, his entrepreneurial achievements, and his running mate’s sacrifice. Vance argued that his actions speak for themselves, contrasting them with Harris’s record.
Harris had previously posted a video on social media after Vance was announced as Trump’s running mate. In the video, she alleged, “J.D. Vance will be loyal only to Trump, not to our country.” At the time, Harris was not yet the presumptive Democratic nominee, as President Joe Biden had not officially withdrawn from the race.
There is speculation among some conservatives that Harris might have played a role in pushing Biden out of the race, with former President Trump suggesting that this was a maneuver to sideline him. Trump described the situation as a “coup,” claiming that Democrats coerced Biden into stepping aside in an undemocratic fashion.
Vance’s remarks at the rally were met with enthusiasm from the crowd. He took the opportunity to highlight what he sees as Harris’s failures, particularly her handling of border security. “Kamala Harris’s actions at the southern border are the true betrayal of our country,” Vance asserted. His comments resonated strongly with the audience, who responded with loud cheers.
Ending his speech on a high note, Vance rallied the crowd’s support for Trump’s return to the presidency. “Let’s send a message to the media and to Kamala Harris. Let’s show every hardworking patriot from Minnesota to across the nation that we are committed to bringing President Donald J. Trump back into office and working tirelessly to achieve that goal,” he declared.
