Trump Settles The Rumors About Another Debate
On Thursday, former President Donald Trump announced that he will not participate in a third debate, particularly with Vice President Kamala Harris. Trump made his stance clear through a post on Truth Social, following his recent debates with President Joe Biden and Harris.
Trump’s message read: “When a prizefighter loses a fight, their immediate reaction is, ‘I WANT A REMATCH.’ The polls indicate that I decisively won the debate against Kamala Harris, the far-left candidate of the Democrats. She promptly demanded a second debate. It’s evident that both Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have been detrimental to our country. We’re witnessing a surge of uncontrolled and unvetted individuals crossing our borders, and inflation is eroding the financial stability of our middle class. These issues were thoroughly addressed in our debates with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
Harris’s absence at the Fox debate and her refusal to appear on NBC and CBS highlight her lack of commitment to addressing these pressing issues. Instead of engaging in more debates, Kamala Harris should focus on the responsibilities she has neglected over the past nearly four years. Therefore, I am declaring that there will be no third debate.”
Trump’s decision underscores his dissatisfaction with the current administration’s performance and his belief that further debates would not contribute to meaningful solutions for the challenges facing the nation.
