American voters shouldn’t fall for Biden lies.
On Wednesday, former President Donald Trump criticized the Biden administration for what he termed “fraudulently manipulating” job growth statistics after the Labor Department issued revised figures indicating a lower job increase than previously reported.
The updated Labor Department report revealed that from April 2023 to March 2024, the U.S. economy added 818,000 fewer jobs than initially reported. The original data suggested an average monthly addition of 242,000 jobs, but the revision adjusted this to 174,000 jobs per month. It’s important to note that these revised figures are preliminary, with final numbers expected to be published in February.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump denounced this development as a “MASSIVE SCANDAL!” He accused President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris of intentionally manipulating job statistics to obscure the real impact of their economic policies. Trump asserted that the revised data exposed a significant overstatement of job growth, claiming that the administration had inflated the figures by 818,000 jobs that, according to him, never existed. He warned that if the current administration remains in power for another term, the economy would suffer even more, with potential job losses and rising inflation threatening Americans’ financial stability.
Trump concluded with a pledge that a return to his presidency would restore economic prosperity, declaring that under his leadership, the nation would achieve “the Greatest Economy in History.” He encouraged his supporters with the rallying cry, “MAGA2024!” signaling his commitment to reversing what he views as the damaging economic policies of the current administration.
