Trump Tears Into Fox News

Trump didn’t hold back.

Former President Donald Trump addressed his supporters in Wisconsin on Saturday, expressing his frustration with Vice President Kamala Harris’s recent remarks following her visit to the southern border. Harris toured a section of border fencing in Douglas, Arizona, amid an ongoing surge of illegal immigration. This crisis has been widely attributed to the lax policies of the Biden administration, prompting both Republicans and some Democrats to call for stronger border security.

During her visit, Harris asserted her commitment to securing the border and combating the influx of dangerous substances like fentanyl. However, Trump took issue with her claims, labeling them as “bullsh*t” and criticizing the media for broadcasting her speech. He specifically singled out Fox News, questioning why they would air her comments, which he deemed misleading.

Trump remarked, “Kamala is allowing people to come in unchecked. We have travel warnings in place, advising against travel to certain countries, yet she’s welcoming the worst among them—the criminals, the violent offenders.” He emphasized that her administration’s approach has resulted in increased dangers for American communities.

He further pointed to alarming statistics from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which revealed that since Harris and President Biden took office, the U.S. has seen an influx of migrants with serious criminal backgrounds, including over 13,000 convicted of homicide and nearly 16,000 with sex crime convictions.

“Everything she said is a lie,” Trump declared, promising that this troubling trend would end if he were to reclaim the presidency. “Once I raise my hand and take the oath as your 47th president, we will restore law and order at our borders and put an end to the chaos.”

As the 2024 election approaches, Trump’s focus on immigration remains a cornerstone of his platform, aiming to rally support among conservatives who prioritize border security and public safety.
